Meet Bhavya: Your Guide to Healing and Empowerment
There was a time in my life when everything looked fine on the outside, but inside, I felt lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. It was in those quiet, difficult moments that I began to see how powerful it is to be truly seen, heard, and supported. That’s where my journey into coaching began not as a career choice, but as a deeply personal calling.
Coaching, to me, is one of the most serene and sacred acts I can think of. In a world where most people listen to respond or sometimes judge, coaching offers something rare, a space to be fully heard without interruption, without agenda, and without expectation. That space can be deeply healing.
I know this, not just as a coach, but as someone who’s sat on the other side. During some of the lowest points in my life, it was my self coaching that helped me move forward with calm, even when everything around me felt uncertain. It reminded me of my own strength. That experience changed me and that’s why I hold this work so close to my heart.
With a background in engineering and a lifelong pull toward inner growth, I bring both structure and soul to my sessions. I support people, especially those navigating conscious parenting or personal transformation to reconnect with themselves, shift old patterns, and move through life with more clarity and compassion.

How We Help: Illuminate Your Path to Self-Discovery
In my coaching sessions, I use a blend of reflective tools, grounded presence, and proven frameworks to help you come home to yourself. One of the core models I follow is Jay
Shetty’s ABC Framework:
- Awareness – noticing the patterns and emotions that hold you back
- Belief – gently shifting the stories you tell yourself
- Change – taking simple, aligned steps toward who you want to become
We also work with journaling, self-inquiry, breathwork, and mindful conversation, tools that support clarity, calm, and deeper connection. My role is to walk beside you, not to fix you, but to remind you of your own inner strength and wisdom.
How It Works
Personalized Session
Each 1:1 session is 45 minutes long. We meet virtually (or in person when possible) in a space that’s calm, supportive, and entirely focused on you.
