Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Life coaching focuses on helping you move forward, set goals, and create positive change. Unlike therapy, which often addresses past trauma or mental health, coaching is more future-focused and action-oriented.

I work with individuals seeking personal growth, clarity, or transformation—whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or wanting to deepen your sense of purpose and alignment.

My coaching supports self-awareness, emotional well-being, conscious parenting, and navigating transitions with grace. I also integrate reflective tools and the Jay Shetty ABC Coaching Framework to support your growth.

Each session is a safe, judgment-free space where we explore your intentions, challenges, and next steps. We’ll use reflective tools, exercises, and intentional inquiry to guide your growth.

Sessions typically last 45 minutes. We’ll decide the pace and frequency based on your needs.

This varies for each person. Some find clarity in a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support over several months. We’ll discuss what works best for you.

Currently, all sessions are conducted online via Zoom or your preferred video platform.

Contact me via email for personalized scheduling.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Short-notice cancellations are subject to a fee.

If you’re looking for a safe space to reconnect with yourself, challenge old patterns, and move toward a life aligned with your truth, we may be a great fit. I also offer a free discovery call to explore compatibility.

This method focuses on Awareness, Bridging the gap, and Creating change—helping you move from insight to aligned action with clarity and confidence.

Absolutely. Everything shared in our sessions remains confidential. This space is for your truth to unfold safely.

How It Works

Personalized Session

Each 1:1 session is 45 minutes long. We meet virtually (or in person when possible) in a space that’s calm, supportive, and entirely focused on you.

Safe Environment

No pressure to have it all figured out, just bring your honest self. That’s where we start.

Path to Comfort

If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, parent from presence, or simply breathe a little deeper this is your invitation. Let’s walk this path together.

Transformation isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s a gentle return to your truest self, the part of you that’s always been whole, strong, and enough.
